responded to this water loss after the owners called and were very worried about all their possessions inside the building. The main worry after a water damage, ether from a broken pipe or sewage, is the amount of humidity in the building. That is why we use desiccants to help with humidity.

A desiccant can be small, fitting in one room, or large having to be setup outside. The job of the desiccant is to extract humid air through one tube, dry out the air, and then return the hot dry air back into the building. Desiccants speed up the drying process saving buildings and their contents.
